These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PageLens ("PageLens", "we", "us") at usepagelens.com and its services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PageLens scans websites, analyzes their images for visual quality, trust, speed, and consistency, and generates AI-based suggestions for improvement. Features and limits may vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or lack permission to analyze, where such analysis would be unlawful.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe or PayPal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

5. AI-Generated Suggestions

Image suggestions are generated automatically and provided "as is" for your consideration. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before using it and for ensuring you have the rights to any resulting image. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion improvements, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The PageLens name, software, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the websites and images you own; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
